NearEducationalHub verifies institute details to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all institute information. Course fees, timings, and availability may change. Please confirm all details directly with the institute.

5. Reviews and Content

User reviews represent the opinions of individual students. NearEducationalHub moderates reviews for policy violations but is not responsible for the content of user-generated reviews.

6. Refund Policy

NearEducationalHub is a free platform for students and does not collect course fees. Any refund disputes regarding course fees are between the student and the institute directly. NearEducationalHub is not responsible for refunds related to institute courses.

7. Limitation of Liability

NearEducationalHub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to inaccurate institute information, cancelled courses, or disputes between students and institutes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
